Fangyi Hu graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and then obtained a master’s degree in industrial engineering major from New York University. His concentration is about lean manufacturing. He has been engaged in the pump industry for two years. During this period, he had a six-month internship experience at Grundfos, three-month internship experience at SPX flow. Both are leading enterprises in the pump industry. Beyond his professional work, Fangyi is passionate about AI-driven solutions and continuously explores machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in industrial settings. He is particularly interested in leveraging AI for object and defects detection, process automation, and efficiency improvements in manufacturing and engineering.
